Food Management Executive-in-Training

Gain insight into the Macy's Food Division and its strategies during this 12-week training program. Through a combination of classroom sessions and on-the-job training, you'll learn the skills necessary to be an Assistant Manager of a Marketplace or Macy's restaurant.

What you have the opportunity to do

  • Train for six weeks with a manager in a Marketplace and six weeks with a manager in a Macy's restaurant
  • Prepare to manage a Marketplace or restaurant in a specific store
  • Learn corporate strategies to improve operational results and advance our brands
What to bring to the job
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certification in sanitation and safe food handling preferred
  • A passion for food and delighting customers
