You can approach the starting line of your career path at Macy's and Bloomingdale's a couple of different ways:

If we’re on your campus…
Our college relations’ managers visit more than 100 campuses each year. If the schedule includes your campus, meet us at one of our recruiting events and submit your resume to us in person. You can mingle with recruiters, alumni and other Macy's and Bloomingdale's representatives to ask questions and see if Macy's or Bloomingdale's would be a good fit for you. To find out when the next recruiting event will be held on your campus, visit our campus events page.

If we’re not on your campus…
You can apply for a specific position directly online with us. To submit your profile and resume online, click on Apply Now from any page on this Web site.

You can search for a position on our Web site in several different ways:

• By job
• By location
• By title

Select the job you want to apply for and submit your profile by clicking on the “Apply for This Job” link. You may apply to as many programs as you like, but we encourage you to focus on the program and location you believe best matches your skills and interests.

A resume is beneficial, but not required at this stage. Simply type “No Resume” in the resume box. If you would like to create a resume, use our Resume Builder.

Click on the Done button when you have completed all of the information.

Then What Happens?
You'll receive an on-screen acknowledgement showing that your profile has been successfully submitted. If your skills and experience are a match for an open position, we will contact you to arrange an interview.
