Job Overview:
A Director will oversee a group of supervisors and/or managers who will hold varied levels of responsibility for different functions and operations within the department. This person will have the responsibility of planning and insuring the department's operational and staffing needs are being met. Key Accountabilities:  | Developing an all-inclusive team focused on achieving and exceeding departmental goals. | | Insuring all departmental reports, monthly and yearly responsibilities are completed in a timely, accurate and consistent format. | | Communicating with banks, divisions and other departments to resolve issues. | | Supervisory responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: interviewing and training Managers, Senior Analysts and Analysts; providing coaching and feedback to individuals within the team; appraising performance; addressing issues and conflict resolution. |
Skills Summary: | Bachelor's Degree in related field, Master's Degree preferred. | | 7 - 10 years of related work experience, preferably at a retail division or in the retail industry. | | Supervisory experience required. | | Must be detail oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines. |
