Job Overview:
Directors are involved in the immediate supervision of one to a number of managers and their executives and support staffs. These individuals use considerable independent judgment in decisions that influence Company operations. Directors are able to move laterally throughout work and/or specialized departments in the company. Directors' responsibilities will generally fall under the following categories but may vary by area of responsibility:  | Direct and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures within the Company that serve to support effective business operations and the "Best Work Environment." | | Supervisory functions include: interviewing, hiring, training employees, setting expectations, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, motivating, coaching, and problem resolution. | | Planning, forecasting, and controlling budgets and staffing requirements. | | Develop, orchestrate and implement strategies to ensure the successful and efficient functionality of their respective departments. |
