Job Overview:
Managers are responsible for the immediate supervision of one to several executives and key support staff within a work department, or a specific specialized function within the Company i.e. Manager of Community Affairs. Managers are able to move laterally throughout work and/or specialized departments in the company. Their responsibilities included but are not limited to:  | Managing responsibility over a wide range of difficult to complex administrative and managerial activities that serve to support effective business operations. | | Responsible for responding to and resolving organizational issues that are critical in developing and enhancing the "Best Work Environment" for their associates. | | Liaison with business partners, both internal and external. | | Supervisory functions include: interviewing, hiring, training employees, setting expectations, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, motivating, coaching, and problem resolution. | | Will be involved in various levels of staffing and budget forecasting, planning and control. |
